This is rather cute, and I enjoy the style you did this in. My only complaint... there's no Jiji.... :(
Also, as just a personal preference, I think I would have liked this better if the vertical stripes didn't go over the moon. But, that's just me, so whatevs :P

I think it looks nice.
I do agree that a background would make it look nicer, but if you aren't comfortable with it, that's cool, too. It's still nice :)
Out of curiosity, why this particular character?
PS. thank you for being one of those authors who respond to *ssholes without swearing all the time. I wish more ppl would do that.

Thanks a lot. I choose to draw her basically because I'm more fond of drawing female figures probably because I'm a "straight" guy. I like to keep a clean profile and people like that are just miserable. Plus, insulting him would probably make him cry.
